What are the current projects at Peacemakers?

Peacemakers are currently running education and livelihood skills training as part of psychosocial rehabilitation. Music school for youth, life & livelihood skills training for men and women including skills to make climate sustainable products. Peacemakers also work with vulnerable women outside prison and with prisoner's children. The climate sustainability initiatives in schools & colleges are relatively new, nurturing leaders to lead innovative action to reduce violence against people and planet.

How much to contribute for Peacemakers work?

Every contribution you make is valuable and we assure you that it will be spent for the purpose you have given, and impact reports and audited account statements published. We have specific budgets for each project that we run. You can give general contribution using Donate Now button or choose specific program by clicking on the program specific donation buttons. How do I know the contribution has been given for the cause?

We take each contribution seriously and provide the necessary receipts for each payment via email. We, also update our work periodically to your inbox. We encourage you to participate in some of the programs & workshops conducted as per your convenience.

Are there tax benefits from contribution?

Yes, for all online contribution, donation receipts will be sent to your email ID including details of income tax exemption under Section 80G. Based on your request, we can also provide Consolidated Certificate of Donations for the current financial year in Form No. 10BE as per sub-rule (6) & (8) of Rule 18AB of Income Tax Rules.
